Chick and Snake is developed by Code Minions. This document governs your use of the app and explains our data practices.
1. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers. We use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob: Collects Advertising IDs to show relevant ads.
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data to fix crashes and improve gameplay.
- Data Deletion: Since we do not store personal accounts, no user data is kept on our servers. You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
2. Terms of Use (EULA)
Subscription: "Stop Ads"
By subscribing, you agree to the following Apple and Google standard terms:
- Subscription Period: 1 Month.
- Price: $1.00 USD per month (or local equivalent).
- Payment: Charged to your iTunes/Apple Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage Subscription: You can turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
- Restore Purchase: If you switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore" button in the app.
3. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. We comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations regarding minor safety.
